Jodie Lane was electrocuted to death on January 16th.
She was walking down the street, just like any of us.
Con Edison has announce NO PLAN to keep us safe in the future.
Just last week, a transformer exploded into the sidewalk.
They hope that their inspections will keep us quiet, but we know:
109 Dogs Electrocuted in 2003
4,500 Manhole Problems in 2003
