We've recently learned that our landlord plans to take over one or more units for personal use in our rent regulated building. We are finding out that this landlord may have owned other properties in the surrounding area. Does anyone know where we can obtain records of eviction notices, non-renewal of lease, etc. that the landlord might have issued to tenants of other buildings they've owned? DHCR told us that they don't keep such records. |
