A state judge issued an order restraining Harmicks tenants from protected protest activities without a hearing or notice and violating the ban against prior restraint of Free Speech. Do state judges have the expertise to handle constitutional issues? Do such actions by the courts chill the Free Speech activities of tenants and other protesters? What can be done about it? |

Some state judges have expertise and some don't! That is why God invented appellate courts! You could try the ACLU. |

But in this case, that was the problem. The order expired before review could be sought from the appellate court. |
