RWN often polls tenants leaving the Housing Court. The overwhelming majority of them were unrepresented and left with an extremely negative impression of the attorneys and judges they met in the Housing Court. Do you feel that enforcement of the ethics rules would help improve that impression? How would you advocate such enforcement proceed? |
